Subject:      Spring gremlin no 2: detached accelerator pedal.

Not only could I not stop, I could not go. Accelerator pedal has detached itself. Assuming it rusted out over the winter. I couldn’t spend much time with the van and didn’t get a chance to poke around. Will I find the floor rusted out? Could I bolt it through the floor as a temporary fix?
