Suggestions!

You dared ask?

Have a friend drive while you go in the back with open rear seat. Direct over dusty road. Have rear area empty. Watch for dust devils.

After inspecting and cleaning empty area block off the rear lower edge under the seat with duct tape or something and see if coming from one of the oval opening in the floor. Maybe plastic disk is missing? Some remove those in case of coolant leak. Have a friend with a blow dryer outside the van blow warm air all over and see if you feel it coming in under the seat, or inside other nearby spot.

Put a 12V dust collector under the back seat. Stop looking under the back seat.

Hope this helps.
