The rather famous VW used and other parts person here in VT has very old computers still running the old parts programs.  I’m not even sure they are Windows XP.  They might be DOS. Still using them to get part numbers and such.
If I still had my old equipment it had large screens for those and I could give him those to make it easier to see!  
My low vision days are many decades behind me though.  Now I carry glasses because everyone I hang out with can’t see without them.
