Subject: Success, rubber trim install, challenging
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8

Hi folks,

I’ve rad on this list that a rope inserted in the rubber of the window seals can help the install.

I recently discovered that a rubber trim piece was missing I the interior of my van over the slider door. I found it in the parts from the former owner and struggled to install. I then remembered the list advice and inserted the rope. Success, a fairly easy install.

So, list wisdom continues to assist vanagon care.

Eric Caron 84 with trim returned and installed.
