I’ve been using the SmallCar DipStick since 2009 & it has not been difficult to deal with Yet,,, Did have idea pop into head several Years ago that, because that tube is open to outside air on 1 end & in the oil on the other, PCV could be sucking air into tube that might then bubble out the end in the Oil & cause foaming so I keep a Cap on the upper end of mine ~
