I bought seven weeks ago a VW ID.4 Pro. Since I haven't been able to make a camping trip late summer into fall, I haven't bought any gas since. The ID.4 is serving my needs, and I have so far ignored all the high tech stuff that seems useless to me, but it seems that modern vehicles ALL come with it. The vehicle is comfortable and roomy. I would have preferred a Hyundai, but one doesn't get the tax credit with those, because they are strictly Korean. Like you, Eric, we are trying to do our part. The vehicle we replaced with the ID.4 was a 2006 Prius, with 220K miles. We keep them until they are pretty much gone.
