Hi Ken and Dennis,

Always learning something here.

So, I guess I was confusing two parts and thought they were the same thing.

The Idle Air Valve I still have is the part I am hoping to learn about.

The Idle Control unit apparently is gone on my van. I hope to see what that is on a future van exploration.

So, anyone out there tell me what my Idle air Valve does?

And, if anyone is up to it maybe a understanding of the Idle control Unit on the 2.1

I also have something I think is called an Idle Control uit on my 1.9 but it is currently not hooked up.

I’m interested in knowing what that does as I have a couple of good ones now at hand and could install.
