When I put it back I may have hooked up the wiring incorrectly and since then it flashes too fast -- similar to what happens when the other side's bulb is out. But the left side's bulb is fine and flashes at a 'normal' rate.

============ A little before Halloween, the van was just sitting for a week with blinkers working fine. Started it up. Right flashed fast, left side normally. Switched around bulbs and no change. Found some pretty corroded contacts—connections cause at least 80% of electrical problems—and fixed the right side, then the left side flashed fast. Not sure what I did to cause that. Cleaned those contacts and fiddled around with bulbs some more and it mysteriously started working fine. Trick or treat time and apparently I didn’t give it the treat it wanted. Tom
