Subject:      Manual window regulator crank mounting bolts and seal

I'm converting my power windows to manual. I've ordered the regulators. Consulting Bentley, I'm going to need the bolts that secure the window crank to the door, two for each door. Does anyone know the specs of these bolts? Also the Bentley (section 57.2) shows a seal, does anyone know its purpose and what the specs of that are or alternatively where I can these parts.The archives proved fruitless on this.
