Subject:      Signal light flashing too fast.

Some months ago I was doing body work and removed the right, front signal light.  When I put it back I may have hooked up the wiring incorrectly and since then it flashes too fast -- similar to what happens when the other side's bulb is out.  But the left side's bulb is fine and flashes at a 'normal' rate.

I think I've got the wires hooked up correctly though I'm not certain.  Is there any other reason this signal light might be flashing too fast?  It is the correct bulb -- got a new one from my FLAPS and no difference.
