Subject: You've got it all figured out....and then this

OK, you have finally found a Body Shop guy with a Frame Machine.  You have another guy with a backyard full of Rollers, and for $500 he will actually deliver the carcass which includes the vital Passenger Door and of course the step in area on Passenger side.  You have driven up there and witnessed in person, ah this is great. It is gonna be a lot of work, but all are on board and ready to go.  You've got some payment from Insurance Company, but that was only based on photos; you are still explaining to them that this Unibody Vanagon is not the same as a Toyota Corrola where you just unbolt things and then install and paint new things.  You need His appraiser to review the whole thing in person, and Insurance Companies hate spending the money to do that.  But it all is gradually happening.  Tons of frustration.

And then THIS happens:  Body Shop guy has been diagnosed with Cancer and has begun treatments.  Which so far are looking very positive.  Surgery and Chemo and ablation to treat the corner of his liver.... This is life.  Stuff happens.
