Can’t think of any good reason to use that in a H2OBoxer that should really have its
oil changed every 4000mi’s,,, I used Ams in My Wifes’ car for a bunch of years when it was
the only oil available that would go 20000mi’s between changes,, She’s a realtor & puts
33000mi’s / Yr on Her car so it was relatively cheap in the long run,,, Valvoline, Castrol &
Mob1 are all just as good these days & a whole lot cheaper ~
so it was cheap in the long run ~

Most other makes would use 5W30 in the winter. You are correct it’s a bit tougher to find but since I only do an oil change once a season now it is worth the effort!
