Well, after no leads found anything and being totally blown off by two
'well known' shop owners who probably had a panel, I decided to just
make one. The old cover was usable, and for some reason I had a scrap
piece of the same type board VW used. The old board had partially
disintegrated. Not perfect, but came out well with some assistance from
a heat gun to stretch out the wrinkled vinyl.
