Hi John.So sorry I did not reply to your last message.  I also have had problems getting my messages through.  This time it may be what Richard has mentioned.  Not a lot of action currently.  It will probably pick up as we approach camping season. Yes, physical impairment can make things difficult in a Vanagon.  I hate to admit it, but I am getting older also.  I have recently started using a stepstool to make entry through the slider easier for my wife and I. I also recently had a hip injury (thankfully not a fracture) and it was tough getting into the front seat and clutching.  I never thought I would get to this point.  Your case makes it almost impossible.  That had to be a tough moment. You are a great man to pass your vehicle on to someone at a really good price so that they can enjoy the wonder of owning one that works well.  I hope you find someone who appreciates just what they are getting and are willing to do the work.
