Subject: Stock Westy sink drain replacement
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8

Hi,

I started the install of a low profile sink drain to replace the stock one. Reason for the change is that the new one will allow me to mod the drawer below the sink to gain a bit more storage space. Eliminate the drawer cut out .

Anyway, the new drain has a strainer that doesn’t quite fit. So I had to mod the sink metal with a home made dimple die afffair. It actually worked better than I imagined it would.

The blog post has the details .

Cheers

Alistair
