Hi Jim,

I don’t know much about this, but a friend with a 87 installed electric power steering some time ago. He followed a thread likely on the samba. He sourced parts and put it together. He has been happy for an extended time now. If this was available in a kit with instructions I would be very interested and would consider the change if my PS started to fail. Not looking at a change unless there was an issue.
