OK, get Bold!  Buy a spray can of Electrical Contact Cleaner (it's mostly Freon).  Take apart Instrument Cluster, remove Hazard Switch, take to workbench.  Spray inside as best you can; you might even drill a small hole in plastic exterior to accomplish.  Actuate it multiple times after spray; the idea is to break down corrosion on internal metal contacts.  Buy a new switch?  Maybe, consider that Plan B....but they are not as good as the old ones.....and you will have fun doing all this minor work and gain understanding at the same time.

Any easy fixes.  I have photo of fuse panel if that would help.

Thank you,

John
