Hi Raimund
The server was shut down for a while and folks drifted off. It is now back up and running. List members are returning slowly. We will see what happens. Personally, I would miss gerry greatly. Lots of issues over the years and 3 Vanagons that have been solved with list help.
Hoping for the best.

That reminds me of an old trick, where you feed an aux battery into the
fusebox (through one of the back pins), and then replace Fuse3
(radio/clock/int_lights) with a broken one, while using the good one on
the aux+ line.
That way, you could easily switch between aux or main battery on your
acessories, only by swapping the fuses. Good old Harald Holecek (RIP)
came up with this idea.
Unfortunately, I can´t remember the exact pins and layout. Would have to
dig that out somewhere.

offtopic: Is the list traffic so low? I get only a few mails now and
then, and also they are regarded as spam. It seemed more active a few
years ago.
