You can count me already.  I sent mine about an hour after I got the email.

By the way, your form letter has a typo:

   I understand you are now considering whether to off a kit to retrofit the
                                                   ^^^

Unfortunately, I discovered it AFTER I already sealed and stamped the envelope.
I said to myself, oh well, and sent it anyway.
