This is a radical solution to be sure, but not so radical as it may sound.
For pre 88 campers it is an improvement as they can now get into the closet
without having to move the rear table.

In fact, my catalog of all the official westy implementations available in
Germany shows just such an arrangement where the closet door is facing the
passengre side of the vehicle instead of toward the front.

Hummm...
