My mileage does definately NOT vary in this case.  I agree.  Let the
"Service providers" start their own net, with appropriate bridges to
internet, but keep them separate.  Otherwise, I fear internet is doomed
to death by saturation.  My apologies to Gerald for the off-topic post...
