Subject:      Will later seats fit?

I noticed in the thread about trip planning that someone suggested 
replacing the stock front seats with later model Vanagon seats.  I have a 
'68 Westie that I'm currently working on (bought with blown engine).


Will front seats from any other model VW fit this bus WITHOUT modification?
I'd rather not have to modify the seat mounts if at all possible.
