It stands to reason that if the dealer wants to maximize profit on ANY transaction, they would pay as little as possible for the trade-in and ask as much as possible when they put it out on the lot.

What I'd like to know is...what were you doing on a Ford lot using a 91 Carat as trade bait, hmmm?

You should be at your local VW dealer sticking your name at the top of the list for next year's VR6 EuroVan! ;-)
