You can buy them here in the UK. If you want to see a show truck then check 
VW motoring a few months ago. There was a feature on a crewcab T4, built by 
a German company, with 230bhp motor, 40 foot semi-trailer and pink leather 
interior. A bargain at only 140,000 quid.
