This will be somewhat organized how my shop manual has it organized.
I will also include at the end all the tools that Volkswagen thought
should be in every well-equipped shop. If there are any questions about
what these tools actually DO, (most are self-explaining.), then
email me, and I'll do my best. One thing: I DO NOT ACTUALLY HAVE ANY
OF THESE TOOLS!! NONE!! (But donations of items will be happily
accepted. :^) I'm not sure if this list will actually be of use to

NOTE: The secondary cup of the front braking system can be installed on
the master cylinder piston only with a fitting sleeve. The other cups
can also be installed easier with the fitting sleeves. A fitting
sleeve of 19.05mm dia. is required for the tandem master cylinders of
type 2 vehicles, and a sleeve of 22.2mm dia. for those of type 2
vehicles.
The fitting sleeve can be ordered from Messrs. A. Teves. They will
not be supplied in accordance with standind orders.
