It's more like a late seventies VW bus with a front radiator behind a protruding grille, a gas rabbit/golf engine in the back, and the roof raised a little and squared off slightly. At least that's what it looked like to me when I saw a picture in _VW_Motoring_ magazine a couple of months ago.
