I don't think it hurts gas mileage too much, but I really don't have much to compare it against. I get 19-20 mpg just like all of the other busses of my era. I think installing one would be pretty straightforward, but I don't think I would attempt it, since it involves cutting the roof. I'd just find one that was already done. I noticed that I was the only bubble top bus at BBTA, which seems wierd since there are so many here in California. -David ============================================================================ David Schwarze '73 VW Safare Custom Camper (Da Boat) San Diego (Actually La Mesa) '72 VW Westfalia Camper (Da Project) California, USA '73 Capri GT 2800 (Da Beast) e-mail: des@teleport.com '87 Mustang Lx 5.0 (14.17@99.34) http://www.teleport.com/~des '93 Weber WG-50 (Da Piano) ============================================================================
