Hi Al.  I have the sliding door switch on my '90 Westy.  I bought all 
3 parts from my dealer for my alarm system.  The parts are the door 
swtich, rubber boot for it, and the block that attaches to the door.  
It cost me around $25 CDN for it in 1990.
