I already have the floors, walls and ceiling insulated.  I'm not going
to be able to elimitate it 100% with insulation, I think I'm better
off fixing the problem and not the solution. 

I'm willing to bet the solid mount is hard on other aspects of the 
system, like stress on the nosecone and tranny case...
