Thanks again to all those who responded to my no start post. It starts now! Unfortunately, I was not real methodical and I'm not sure exactly what the problem was. Probably a combination of things which drained the battery to the point where it wouldn't light up the FI system. I charged the battery, changed the oil (embarrased to say I had molasses in there - meant to change it three weeks ago), diddled or cleaned most FI connections, and readjusted the points (possibly the problem?, didn't measure but seemed to close before I reset). Battery back in and it started right up better than ever! Just checked and it started again fine this morning. I'll have to keep an eye on it though. And be sure to take better care of my baby.
