They didn't used to.... on loafs. But in converting to Westy vanagon all the Westy fittings are missing, so they are doing different stampings. I looked at the floor carefully while converting, you can keep the front most seat rail and move the other one up to allow the rearfacing deal, but I think the front/middle seat backs collide with one another. Drilling etc. would be a possibility, but you won't get that bolt in deal so easily, need a wrench top and bottom to tighten things up. Tim Smith
