Probably so. But then you'll need two spare tires, since the front wheels would have the small 5-bolt pattern, while the rears would still have the large 5-bolt pattern.

OTOH, if you buy my '71 front-disc setup for $750, I'll throw in the rest of the bus for free! :^)
