I didn't catch the previous posts so might be repeating.

Check the voltage at solenoid when ign switch is in start position and no cranking. If voltage ok ( 10-13V) then problem in starter, probably solenoid. If voltage low (and battery is ok) then problem is in ignition switch or wiring to solenoid.
