There is a 86 Vanagon at Autohaus Merkle in Indianapolis IN.
they want about 4500-5000 for it . It looked in good shape, engine rebuilt
by the shop.
they are located at 3663 W. Michigan Street. Telephone # is 317-632-7000.
They may be able to help with the transmission that you need.If you want
