Usually, most Types 2's (Buses and Pickups) used the same keys, both door and
ignition.  However, in the case of my '59 Euro Single Cab and a '61 Panel I
both used to own, I always seemed to wind up with two keys.  Call it Karma or
Luck, whatever.
