Subject:      Fiberglas Top

The fixed fiberglas top on my 1970 Adventure Wagon has been painted three 
or four times by the P.O. Apparently via spray can. Currently flat black! 
Originally off-white then red then green then flat black! Sounds like a 
mood disorder. Any tips on restoration?
