I sell commercial truck tires for a living, (technology can't be too different you would think?) and in my eyes, there isn't a tire out there that will outperform a michelin over the long run. You usually have to pay for it, but the extra money is well worth it. just my 2cents... matt who just got back online and bought a '71 westy within the past week...
