Your point is well taken.
 
I'll remove it at border crossings (loosen two bolts, remove shock cord
and its done).
Have you any other wonderful A** H*l* locations/circumstances to worry
about? I hadn't even considered the possibility of such a mind set.
 
Simple and sheltered I guess.
