Subject:      what is the best way to fix the rust in the body seams?

my 85 vanagon has rust just starting to show in the driverside body seam-what
is the best "fix" for this? i was going to grind it out and fill it with some
sort of body fill but wanted to ask all you most excellent V-dubbers yer
opinion first. any help would be gratfully apreciated-I want to keep this
"Noble Beast" running for at least 10 more years.
