yes ,  I was downshifting when it happened 
may take a few days to diagnose as I don't have a appointment  Like everyone
else I just throw the van at the mechanic and wait      wish me luck 
spent  $8.000.oo for repairs in last 14 months    
can't do much more !!!!!!
