Are the rims from a breadloaf interchangeable with the rims from a vanagon ? Are the 5.1/2Jx14 rims the same ?

Where should i apply a trolley jack if want to lift the frontend of my 1982 vanagon ?

Where should i apply a trolley jack if want to lift the backend of my 1982 vanagon ?
