Subject:      NEED INFO FAST!!!!!!!!

I'm thinking of buying an 80 air-cooled vanagon tonight and need 
to know how much it would cost to have a new cat-converter put on it!!
	Also the clutch has trouble shifting into first- whats the worst case
scenario on repair(after 1st its fine).
	Please reply soon before its too late!......AAACK!
