Yes I have a Dometic fridge and yes I made ice-cubes every evening for libations and probabaly could have made ice-cubes during the day too. The food didn't freeze, just two trays of ice cubes...one on each aluminum platform. Sounds like I'm in a lucky minority....Harry (85 Westy) ------------- Original Text

You made ICE with a westy fridge? Is it a Dometic just like the rest of us have? This is just about unheard of. Mine certainly would never make ice. Where did you make ice? Didn't the rest of the food freeze too then?
