  B.C.; Diamond Lake, Wash.; Spokane, Wash; Bend, Ore., Crater Lake

  for camping with later-model Weekender sleeper, and pleased to report i=

  ran absolutely flawlessly all the way, getting 18-21 mpg on 87 octane
  regular on everything from firest service gravel roads to 70 mph freewa=
ys
  where it cruised effortlessly with the big boys. Vanagon and breadloaf
  Westies were relatively common coming and going. Air-cooled is truly
