With almost 130k on my '85 Westy and after several trips to Mulege, Baja, I am developing the jitters about being stranded if I break down. While Baja is not a bad place if you drive an airsucker, parts for water drippers are zip...even Autobahn antifreeze is nonexistent (at the dealer no less).

Besides the usual belts, antifreeze mix, and fuel filters, what other spare parts should I consider carrying? An ECU? How about an IS?
