As an aside, be careful what size bike you put on the inside, closest to the hatch. Specifically, if you're mounting up a bike with pretty wide h-bars (road or mtn), make sure the brake lever does not contact the paint on the hatch because a couple hundred miles down the road you'll be kicking yourself...
