Jack, Please re-send whatever it was you sent. According to my "inbox" I haven't gotten an inquiry from you in about a month (since I sent you the shocks).
Also, I just hired an assistant to handle e-mail, which will speed things up considerably effective immediately. Of course this assumes I get the e-mail in the first place. Ken Hooper (Type 2 list administrator) has told me that he's been getting more "bounces" from my email address than from most, an issue that I'm now taking up with my provider.
