Hello; Glad to see you back. This weekend the local Can tire had a Garage sale of all their unsold stuff, I managed to find a 100 watt sub woofer marked at $60. I found the boss and offered him $40. he said OK. Now the problem, unless I can find a wire on the radio to operate the switch to turn the sub/w on and off, I'll have to mount an on/off switch somewhere on the line going to the sub/w. I was intending to mount the sub/w under the centre of the middle seat, and run the wires under the carpet directly to the battery, with the speaker wires coming from the back of the radio, under the carpeting. Has anyone else experience with this type of installation? What I'd like to know is how to handle the on/off wire problem. I'd like it all to be invisible(idiot-proof) but with the on/off wire and no where to attach it on the radio, I can't see any way to do it. TIA Larry Carter |
