The PA emissions test will get less advanced. This is because of what is called "OBD II" (on board diognostics 2). All 1997 cars have it. IT is the computer that controls the engine emissions. This system checks exhaust pollution at 1 1/2 times the legal limits now. Eric Still paying the legal bills! |
