Unless you really add a lot of aux battery capacity, you have to be aware of the state of your battery and how much you are using the heater. A built-in trickle charger is a must, otherwise you're likely to head out with an aux battery that is not fully charged. > >- are you glad you got it Yes, but I'm still working out the kinks with the aux battery system. It's really nice to be able get some heat without starting the engine and waiting for it to warm up.
